im giving a talk in Vilnius Art Academy. It's gonna be about my work experience in scandinavia, about big projects, interesting people and unique practice. I will talk a bit about working in on of the biggest toy companies LEGO. China Mobile project and ect.

Inside The Actors Studio - Dustin Hoffman

This is the most inspiring video i saw in while. Dustin Hoffman appeared on "Inside Actors Studio" TV program. All i can say is this: brilliant, inspiring, deep touching interview everybody has to see ones in they're lifetime. Doesn't matter what field you are in. Arts, business and ect. Everybody will find what to take from that. Just sit down and watch, listen. This man has a lot to say about him, life and creativity. Thank you Dustin.

China Mobile

Vaidas Bagonas spent some time during fall in HAPPYCAMPER.TV studio. I was part of the project to do 3 spots for China Mobile. It was one of the biggest projects i ever was part of. Overall style was old school miniatures and brilliant 3D animation composed together. The result is stunning!

Painting "A Boy fell in love with a Woman".

Hy my friends, it was long time ago i posted something. So here we have my newest painting. This time PencilSurfer goes non-digital. Real smell, real color, real stuff hanging on the wall in my personal gallery. This painting is named "A Boy fell in love with Woman". Here are some shots i did to show process. 

This is an etude i did before starting to paint on canvas. 

Its always nice feeling to stand in front of great pure Mr.BigWhite. 

Few pencil strokes and we are set off.

I love  to see wet paint going down.

PencilSurfer goes wall painting again

    This wall was painted with acrylic colors. No sketch was done before, pure improvisation. Just was having fun with strokes and composition. Yellow color was chosen as a main accent because of the yellow walls which are all over the room except this white wall. It took about few weeks to paint, coming back time to time to continue painting. Hope you will like it ;)

Character design for HAPPYCAMPER

HAPPYCAMPER is a multi-functional, design driven Motion Design Studio based in Stockholm, Sweden. I did some character designs for them. The main task was to create workers as a superheroes. So the clothes and all gadgets were created to make even stronger impact for the viewer.

Today in the morning was really springy weather, so I decided to jump on my bike and ride in to the woods to have some fun with my sketching tools and papers.

Finally got some place to sit down near small runnel.

Found some interesting stuff, seems like a small floating houses for ducks :)

Also found some horse farm on the way, so stopped and done few fast drawings.

This part is from sketching the future transport for Accelerate challenge. Tried to catch some interesting wiggly shapes.
